How we manage your data
We know there's a lot of uncertainty and anxiety around how businesses collect and process customer's data, so we just wanted to make clear how we store your information that you have given us, such as your contact information.
All of our clients are entered into finance management system, Sage. When you become a client of Primer Labels, we will ask you for contact information - your name, address, telephone number and email address - so that we can:
- Generate invoices
- Generate credit notes
- Track debtors and produce management reports on our performance.
We store this data securely on Sage and it is accessible to our staff on an as-needed basis.
We may have also recently been in touch with you to tell you about our rebrand. If you don't wish to hear from us on promotional matters, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email and we won't seen you any more marketing or promotional emails.
Calls to our office are recorded by our phone system. This is for training and quality purposes, but we may at times use recordings to assist in the recovery of debts. These recordings are stored on a secure on-site server accessible only by senior staff.
